Interface Planning & Development Management is a new independent consultancy whose mission is to provide an objective and comprehensive town planning, design and development service. We seek to strike the balance between our clients’ aspirations, no matter how big or small - against identified planning challenges, aiming to achieve a successful outcome.
With over 20 years of public and private experience, Interface PDM believes in constructive and proactive collaboration is the conduit to an efficient planning system.
This approach has been developed from experiences across previous roles, securing planning permission for various scaled developments, from a typical householder extensions to large-scale regeneration developments.
We work alongside our clients to help them understand the planning process and to achieve their aspiration to secure a planning consent. Our services include (but not limited to) the drafting, proofing and submission of all documentation; identifying supporting disciplines, budget and team management, engagement with local community and Officers of a relevant planning authority.
Outside the normal function of supporting and co-ordinating planning applications, we also offer other planning services, including appeals, planning strategy, land promotion and sales, objections and representations, and local plan representations.
Interface PDM also has a design arm which can help in the preparation of planning application drawings.
